For you, if one policy or plan has any fascist elements, that policy or plan is "fascist" and moreover, if that one element exists, you then leap to "all his policies and plans are fascist" and you simply are guilty of generalizing from the specific.
You do this with nearly every philosophical topic on this board.
"everything the state says is a lie" is a classic example. Now, rhetorically, if I accept your premise that all govt is illegitimate, you might have a semantic argument, but in practical discourse, you just come off as being an ideologue and frankly, a lazy one.
