Impossible to measure, but the media polling, screeching about Hillary's inevitable, probably kept the lazy lefties at home.

So, they are now dealing with a president they could have stopped, if they only voted.

The irony? The lefties got screwed not by trump, but by other lefties telling lie after lie.
