the French Government has declared a state of emergency (2015)

Police and Intelligence services carry warrantless searches. Those deemed dangerous are placed on house arrest. (ehem - one of those that slashed the priest's throat at mass was on house arrest)

I won't add whether or not they are overwhelmed like some would say.

I can understand judges and lawyers seeking to follow the constitution. I get that some of us in the US can't stomach the thought being anti poor immigrant in any way so they scream out whatever makes them feel better.

But the French, in the state their in now, basically nuked what be a constitution and individual rights in a direct measure to deal with the issue they have. And extended 4 times.

What POTUS has signed is NOTHING compaired to that.
What's wrong with saying WHOA!? how about, no, we have to check these 10k out a little closer?

Maybe it was the picture of the white sheets on the streets in the truck attack? The corpse of a child with a stuffed animal?

why does US immigration have to be some gullible dope? why can't it be smart, and brave at the same time?
