Every time Arkansas got close, Mizzou pulled away. Their vaunted press only produced 10 turnovers.

Phillips didn't look lost at the end of the game. He looked confident and made keys plays at crunch time. That's a huge step forward.

While Frankie was only in for a short time, the crowd was very vocal in support of him. Hopefully that sends him a message that we want him here. We need him to find his game.

Barnett played great off the bench.

Woods, 6-6 at the line, and I think they may have all been all net. And the team shot nearly 80% at the line. Fantastic.

This D2 coach and his D2 team took down a D1 team on a 5 game win streak, a team that plays well on the road, and kept the lead once they took it, for 58 minutes. It doesn't wash away the stink of the season, but many good things happened, players took a step forward, and I'm very glad for them.

Kentucky lost to Florida by 22. Florida is playing extremely well right now. That beat down Mizzou took may just have been what was needed to get the team to play hard the whole game. There was plenty of fight in these Tigers on a Saturday afternoon.
