and I've never quit on the team. I've seen some brutal losses, gut punchers and worse. None of the losses have equaled our worst losses in that time frame, with the possible exception of UMKC. So often watching the team melt down the first game in the NCAA. Any non-win against the bloody red legs. Tyus Edney. Those piled on top of fifth down, kicked ball in the endzone, and much much more.
I've determined to never let those things rob me of my fun watching the next game, or waiver in support of the program, or the head coach running it at the time. Nobody is going to suck all of the joy out of this for me. I'm not a quitter, and I never give up. I may take a break to clear my head, but always always remain supportive, not just a fan, even if I don't like what I'm seeing. The lone exception is for obvious moral failures. That will lose my support for the individual. A failure that must be inferred to be moral failure does not meet that standard. Inferences are regularly wrong because they are based upon incomplete information.
Go Tigerz!!!
