No, that's their perfect right.
Look, taking a child out of school in the middle of a school term is difficult enough.
Let the kid stay in school in NY through the end of the school year. That's the common sense solution.
Then, the POTUS and the FLOTUS can make a decision.
If they decide to stay in NY, the Trumps and NYC will have to come up with an "accommodation" as to the bill.
