Why do the socialists want to keep black kids down?

The nominee for education wants to improve education through charter schools, especially in the inner-city. Republicans should make a big deal about the resistance to her nomination. This could be a good coupling with the HUD secretary and they can work together to improve the lives of inner-city poor black people.
