It is actually one of the reasons I enjoy TB, although I seldom agree with the progressives here I like to hear what they have to say.

When liberals protect themselves from opposing views they become so insular they lose touch with everyone outside their own circles.

It is one of the reasons the press was so surprised and devastated by the election results.
