and was thinking, what if you're just out with the guys wanting to watch some sports and look at some titties. You happen to leave at the same time as that crew....game ends or what have you, and you just happen to be there.
That is one of the reasons that STL downtown struggles. It used to be fairly safe to be over by the stadium and Hooters. Still is, mostly, but is that a chance you want to take? No, you'll just go spend your dollars in the County.
