He simply wishes to argue with this administration, no matter what they say. It is why the left is failing coast to coast. Principled dissent works, but dishonest, disingenuous whining does not. It is shown by protesters showing up before Trump announces his Supreme Court pick. It is shown by Senators refusing to show up for their jobs. It is shown by protestors chanting that police officers should be killed.

It is backfiring on them, but they have no other game plan or position.
