we had a jitterbug RB on the team last year and every time we saw him in spring/fall scrimmages he was very productive as both a runner and a receiver. Then the season started and no one every saw him again. The staff definitely didn't have a small RB in their plans. Perhaps Oshae has value to them as a slot receiver?
