to do with medical malpractice. Absolutely nothing in federal or state law prevented the doctor from prescribing pain medication. His doctor(s) also failed to diagnose the CAUSE of the pain and (abdominal adhesions as well as significant arthritis in his spine) and treat those maladies.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
