Zonami's Post on Yolanda's Credibility

Zounami posted a couple of days ago on the basketball board that Yolanda's allegations of academic cheating were nothing because of her lack of credibility due to her criminal history.

There could not be a more inaccurate analysis of the situation.

The alleged academic fraud is an "inappropriate" enterprise potentially involving multiple persons.

As anyone familiar with the criminal justice system will tell you, the folks, including the victims in many cases, who are involved in criminal enterprises are not the most upstanding citizens with unblemished records.

While the academic fraud is not a criminal enterprise, if it existed, it isl an inappropriate enterprise and to expect the people involved in it to fine, upstanding students and Mizzou employees is simply unrealistic. Those folks don't get involved in enterprises to violate NCAA rules.

There may in fact be no basis to Yolanda's allegations, but you can not draw that conclusion from her criminal record. In fact that record suggests that she may have been just the type of person who would be involved in such an enterprise.
