should be. I will play naive and for argument sake say ND and OSU didn't offer cash or some other benefit restricted by the NCAA.

The HS player holds the cards until the college adult coach takes the cards away.

The only way to do that is to say once you commit we will be 100% committed to you. You will get a full scholarship. But if you commit and then go visit another school we will withdraw our 100% commitment and continue to look to potentially fill Your slot.

Takes guts but that is how to take control
