If you have moved, you may be registered to vote in multiple States. I moved from Oklahoma in 2014 and requested that my registration be purged in Oklahoma. The voter does have to taken some responsibility. No fraud occurred if you only voted once in your current State of residence. Would you remember to have your prior registration purged in your prior State of residence? Most people don't recall or take the time!
