by 50%. From 15,000 to around 7,500 closer to the 5,000 when the EPA started. And with the improvement in environmental results, technology improvements, etc. this is very doable without any significant decrease in environmental impact, unless you count success by number of regulations issued.

I expect this will continue throughout all levels of federal government. And it is long overdue.
