How is Kentucky able to recruit top 25 classes consistently?

What are they doing that our staff isn't?

They have been raking in top classes for years, despite having terrible records and being one of the worst football programs in the country.

Is the answer simply that their staff knows how to recruit and sell a program even when it's down, while our staff doesn't have those skills?

This is a serious question.
