We have thousands of those people working in the U.S.

Of course our company said they will probably take our headquarters to Dubai as a consequence of this type of action.

Literally no reason to base yourself in the U.S. anymore if you are into software and competing against other companies using offshore labor. Living in the U.S was a big perk they could hand out to ensure H1 visa loyalty for top talent.
