He is doing it on all, and then has this mythical "if you are Christian, you will be put to the front of the line". He is denying green card holders who have already been vetted. He is not putting any bans on countries where actual terrorist have come from. And Syrian refugees are already vetted. I have seen many stories on how they are weeks away from visiting, so they have been identified and getting processed before coming here...it is not like they are randomly getting on buses and flying over.
