He is a small person who when he is happy and getting his way wishes to come across as some enlightened person. But when things don't go his way, his petty, angry smallness (the real rask) comes out. We see it again and again. Then he tries to walk it back. But he can't for long.

He hasn't changed. He just had a few of us fooled for a while. No more.
