And um, like fat hillary, you did not mention the constitution in what judges are committed to?

You think sotamayor is a great pick because she is a "wise latina?" Did your chest swell with pride when obama picked her because of her ethnicity?

Do you think someone makes a better judge because obama and the uterus think her breadth of experiences makes her more wise and just?

Those diverse (which means wonderful) life experiences may make someone better at making laws. But you see, the laws are already made. The courts interpret them.

Or they are supposed to.

But socialists like ruth ginsberg want the constitution to be a living document that must be reinterpreted according to the times we live in.

Obama said it's a set of negative rights that only says what the government may not do, and not what it must do. He said adherence to the constitution was slowing him down.
