Well why wouldn't he build a hotel in Samalia or Iran?

There's enough plausible truth looking at the list, but American businessmen don't invest in those countries for reasons we all know.

I think it's a combination of specific groups intelligence deem dangerous, whose government is soft on muslim extreamists, short on intelligence
