So simply do not allow them to get to US soil and the ruling should have no effect.

This is also why we need to get the vacant SC seat filled ASAP. If the SC. were to hear this and come up deadlocked then the ruling would stand. Imagine all the crap that will come through California's ninth circuit that could actually be allowed to stand.
