Tim Grunhard Jailed For Purjury

Jafar Armstrong should be warned about Grunhard's perjury conviction for lying to Johnson County authorities to get out of jury duty.

Back in early 2000's Grunhard got a jury summons from Johnson County for Jury duty. Rather than due his civic duty and serve, he lied to authorities and claimed he lived in Warsaw, Missouri.

Grunhard's lie initially worked (and he was dismissed from Jury Duty), but when seen driving all over Kansas City on a regular basis, Johnson County Prosecutor investigate, and Grunhard was charged with perjury.

Grunhard then owned up to the lie, and his lawyer got him a deal where he only had to serve two days in jail, and agree to a 12 month diversion program where he had to avoid any further unscrupulous behavior.

If Grunhard would lie to get out of jury duty, you can only imagine the lies he would tell Armstorong, to try to influence his college choice decision.

I only hope Armstrong and his family are aware of Grunhard's past shenanigans/perjury crime.
