profiling is good and necessary, in my opinion.
Heard a criminal psychologist… or something, say that certain kinds of crimes are generally attributed to certain racial or ethnic groups.
It is fair to say, that mass shootings with non-religious motives, are most likely by white guys. Random violence, by black men, and sexual assault on minors, by Hispanics.
From my fallible memory, that is what I recall.
We must be careful here. Profiling assumes different ethnic groups have different attitudes and actions. I think it is fair to say that some of the horrible crimes out there are most likely committed by whites. They fit the white guy profile. Mass shootings by crazy people being one of them. Just my opinion.
