The Clinton Foundation likely will be investigated by the AG' office, with proviso that AG nominee Sen. Jeff Sessions has announced he will recuse himself from said investigation. What will they find? The best explanation for SOS Hillary Clinton maintaining a private email system separate from the government is concealment. She had ample warnings not to set up a separate account, despite previous SOS's setting a weak precedent for doing so, but she did it anyway. This raison d'être, combined with her willful obliteration of 30k+ emails creates huge suspicion that 'something is rotten in Denmark'.

If this wasn't bad enough, SOS Clinton made no secret of her presidential aspiration while accepting large 'contributions' from foreign governments while in the employment of the US government. She likely violated well established US laws regarding mandatory retention of official records. She also may be on public record for perjury when true facts emerge.

If all the above weren't bad enough, she may have implicated POTUS Obama in coverup actions designed to get her elected as his successor. This is point where things may get very complicated, & why Sessions will recuse himself.

I'm well aware that we could argue many fine points regarding all I have posted here. Yet I believe 'the fix is in' that POTUS Trump will pardon Hillary before she may be indicted. Part of this 'fix' is to let Hillary 'take the fall' to protect Obama, but historians may document Obama's culpability. In the end, POTUS Trump pardons Hillary so she will face no legal consequences. In return, POTUS Trump will emerge a good guy hero & get elected to a 2nd term in office. Of course I'm speculating here, but I clearly see CYA all over Washington, DC. Hillary was supposed to be POTUS with power to control AG office, CIA, FBI, NSA, SOS...but it didn't happen.
