Rio Grande River. Also the mountain area in the Great Bend area of Texas was previously determined to be an impossible build for the fence so I doubt that gets a wall either. Of course they could do what Bush did with the fence- move it almost a mile north of the Rio Grande. If they do that for the mountain area it will be about 37 miles north of the existing border.
