in fact, it is removing force applied to otherwise free workers. It also doesn't kill unions in any way - it just means union membership isn't mandatory. I guess it's up to the unions to make sure they add value to their members and the organizations/companies with whom they contract - just like every other entity.

Try making sense. It'll be hard for you at first, but you may come to like it, eventually.
