Obama spent years trying to work with the Congress to pass legislation. At some point with some issues their refusal to work with him led to the executive orders. I would be willing to bet the vast majority of those orders were issues refused to be dealt with by the Congress which had made a public commitment to working to effect the failure of one of the three branches of our fed govt.

I don't think don is doing that.
