If someone were to call the police and complain that people are consistently speeding down their street guess what there is no evidence of that. It is just a simple allegation. What the police would do is randomly send some cars out to observe the street.
Unless of course Rask is the sheriff and his response would be there is no evidence of that, don't waste my time.
