Yes. Cut pay to administrators and instructors. As a consequence, they leave and public higher education becomes less valuable in this state. More students attend private or out of state schools. Funding has been reduced through your plan and reduced tuition dollars caused by fewer students attending public higher education schools in Missouri. With fewer students do costs then increase for the remainder? Or, are we better off without public higher education in the state altogether?
