I wonder if t his dope would dare say that about an hispanic who was born and raised in the US but had to maintain her identity and language and spoke english with a thick accent?

How about an ebonics speaking black person who is virtually unintelligible with slurring, bad grammar and the like.

Does the black person need an interpreter as well?

My mother was an immigrant and spoke english very well albeit with a strong vestige of her native language. I used to tease her about it, a lot.

She shut me up one day when she said, when i speak her native language as well as she speaks mine, i can talk.
