This is nothing more than Harbag skirting the rules in a thinly veiled way to benefit himself. There wont be any practice done beyond maybe a gym/athletic complex.

Im a little split. On the one hand, it is kind of nice to be able to give back to the guys who are putting in so much work. On the other, its a dirty ploy by Harbaugh & Co to sell themselves to the next batch of recruits.

I agree with the new NCAA rule as this is clearly out of hand. But taking the guys to a local waterpark isnt. Where is the line?
