The roster isn't going to be in a state that a couple of patchwork quick fixes are going to make it competitive either. But we can start to establish an identity and a culture even without being successful in the win/loss column. Think sort of like Mike Anderson's first season to a lesser degree. There was a considerable transformation that occurred that first season.
We NEED to have some ready to contribute high major players, and they only way those will be available is via transfer. That is going to require using a scholarship on people sitting out a season. We likely need at least 2, maybe 3.
