He suspended an fha mortage insurance rate cut, which would have led to yet another housing crisis due to subprime loans.

Dems wanted it , to help the poor get houses, and to blame trump for it when it goes bad, like it always does.
It would have saved people $500 a year, but them caused everyone else a shyteton more in the inevitable default.
if $500 a yr is a problem, you shouldn't be buying a house.
