He decided to accept pay raise from VCU to $1M instead of pursuing Vandy job (he's from Nashville and grew up a Vandy fan).
I like him a lot - he's probably in my top 5 - but I wonder if he'll try to hold out for a bigger job. VCU is a good spot to lay low, rack up wins, and wait for a plum job to come calling (Texas, Bama, OU in recent years).
