an organization i've ever seen. they do a few worthwhile things, but it's rife with corruption, incompetence and graft. it's almost hard to describe how incompetent they are. more concerned with diversity than competency. they literally make staffing decisions based on race and nation of origin. also the experience that a lot of 3rd world UN types put on their resumes is completely unverifiable so they end up in positions way over the abilities. it's a complete train wreck.
