That was a given when he won the election.
Unless he goes after Defense Spending there isn't much political meat on the bone to work with.
They are going to block grant medicaid and screw over low income kids and old people to save a bit of cash.
They won't touch social security till after midterms.
That leaves defense. The rest of the budget is chicken feed.
