spending must be cut with a scalpel, not an axe.

Recall that Trump is already dealing with cost overruns for our latest fighter planes.

We need to do more for the military and we need to cut the fat that is currently going to companies with no regard for spending efficiencies. It's a bottomless money pit for defense contractors. And for EPA contractors. And for interior contractors. How much did the Obama care website cost… Hundreds of millions? It is inefficiency and waste as much as anything that is driving up the deficit.

DOD is not exempt.
