If he's recruited as an athlete, not having a definitive position may knock him down some.
It does sound like his offer list is picking up late.
Even if he is a lower rated kid, I like the fact that we identified and offered him early. I would be more leery of a 2* kid we were offering as a last minute panic move.
He has good size for DB.
