He's young and determined. He's got his work cut out for him with the off the field issues and the stigma and chasm that still exists between the fans and the program.

Let's face it. He has to find hidden gems and develop them....get to a minor bowl, get some momentum and then may be get some local kids interested. It's not rocket science. No big name is coming here anyway so I'm fine with riding Odom out for the next few years and see what he can do.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
