Played for us from 1928-30, and was considered a giant back then at 6'6 with long arms. He was named 1st team All Conference in back to back seasons despite the fact that he basically never scored, but he allowed MU to monopolize the ball offensively via the tip and he was considered a very good defender whose man basically never scored against him.

His senior year MU would win their first ever Big 6 Conference title and would later be ranked #7 in the year end Premo Poll.
