Seriously, I fully realize that it's possible to be as dense as you but watch this:
There are 114 counties in Missouri, right?
Well, if candidate A wins Jackson, Greene, Stl County, Stl city County and Boone County, and the vote total is greater than the combination of the other 109 counties that candidate B won, then candidate A wins the state.
But ohh, isn't it awesome that candidate B wine the county total 109-5...YAY!
