Mississippi Jucos have odd rules about out-of-state kids.

They have a limited number of roster spots available for out-state kids. My memory is it's 8 at any one time. And then I think they require that any out-state rostered kid has to be on a full athletic scholarship and they're limited to some number of full scholarships. Non-rostered out-state kids can receive non-athletic aide. So it can be difficult to tell what out-state kid is enrolled at a Mississippi Juco just by looking at a roster.
