If they play their freshman year, its either bad or very limited. Soph year is not horrible, and yet not that good. I think that is where Lock is. His skill set is there, his decisions are not.
This is a big year for Lock. His decisions get better, so do his stats. He should be a 60-65% passer this year, with a TD to INT ration of 5-1. If he exceeds he may go pro after his Jr. year, but I doubt it.
His SR year will be a big year that will help him to be a 1st round lock.
