desirable than Matta?

Matta has 2 FF's vs Howland's 3

Maybe doesn't have the recruiting history of bringing in 5 star guys, but if Howland is so great, he should have made many more FF's than Matta with the talent he's gotten.

Plus Matta hasn't gotten himself into situations where he gets fired like Howland has.
