Of course, this also brings into play a key point. IF the opinions of the governed matter - then one might assume that it is the opinion of the majority of the electorate, the majority of the governed that matters. This is Don's weak link you see.

Furthermore, it was reported on NPR's Morning Edition this morning that 44% of the public wants to see the ACA kept and expanded.

33% want it repealed.
