Year 1: a few games below .500
Year 2: a few games over .500
Year 3: 20-22 wins
Year 4: 23-24 wins, in the discussion for tourney
Year 5: make the tourney

Significantly below that at any point and we start thinking about moving on.

Also, that's worst case, so I hope we do better than that.
