3 AD's in 3 years, interims at every position above that for a while. The BLM stuff really shook things up and had a way bigger impact than most people will acknowledge.

while I don't think the program is as prestigious as some make it seem here, it's also a program where 20 wins and going to the NIT has bee considered a bad season for several decades.
