He wouldn't work for Alden. Alden had terrible reputation in coaching community for dishonesty and micromanaging, and not being supportive. Coaches around the country knew for example Alden wouldn't let Anderson recruit certain players. Coaches knew that Alden sent Link to 'gauge, you know, how he (Snyder) was doing'. Having said that, there is no doubt Marshall is a long shot, but he might really like Sterk:)
